         Job Description:

  • Ensure all area/region operations to operate in a correct, cost effective and timely manner
  • Ensure area/region compliance by improving processes and best practice that guarantee organizational well-being
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate area/region expansion strategies
  • Ensure area/region KPI achievement
  • Develop sales/commercial strategy


  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree from any mayor, Master's degree is a plus point 
  • Maximum 30 years old
  • At least 2 (two) years of working experience in leading a team or a project
  • Tech savvy 
  • Good communication skill
  • Willing to work in a (blue-collar) startup environment
