What you will do:

  • Be an expert on company platform and services
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between key accounts and company
  • Managing relationship with key accounts by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Managing communication between key accounts and internal team
  • Working closely with operations team to monitor performance to meet key account performance objectives through      cross-functional efforts
  • Analysing key accounts performance to identify the problem to develop initiatives and propose practical solution to      operations team to achieve the key account’s objectives
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

What you will need:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  • Ability in problem solving and negotiation
  • Experience managing stakeholders in a startup or logistic company will be advantageous
  • Able to analyse data and translate results into better solutions
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and energetic attitude
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent in Ms. Excel and Ms. PowerPoint
