At the forefront of it is the Distribution Points (“DP”) team. We build products and pick-up and drop-off (“PUDO”) networks to make it easier for customers to send, collect and return their parcels. We recently launched Ninja Easy, allowing customers to call a parcel pick-up within 90 minutes at competitive pricing, powered by Ninja Points across Bangkok.

As the Distribution Points Franchise Sales Manager (Thailand), you will set up, build and grow our Distribution Point business in Thailand.


Role & Responsibilities

  1. Sell Ninja Van’s franchise business to individuals or small and mid-size companies
  2. Handle incoming leads and generate leads to build the pipeline for full-time (“Build & Sell”) and part-time franchisees
  3. Meet quarterly acquisition targets and other business KPIs
  4. Develop and negotiate pricing and proposals for franchisees
  5. Manage weekly/monthly franchise performance
  6. Collaborate with ops team to provide a seamless on-boarding experience with franchisees; develop processes and business routines for sustainability
  7. Be the bridge between franchisees and Ninja Van in an array of issues such as finance and operations


  1. Strong analytical/technical skills and ability to cut through the noise to understand what needs to be done
  2. Aggressive desire to set the goals and meet them
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team
  4. Extremely pro-active, organized and responsible
  5. Prior experience (1-5 years) with franchise business and new franchisee acquisition with deep understanding on inner workings of it will be a huge plus
  6. Professional fluency in both English and Thai
