Job Description :

  • Supporting the hiring needs of managers in various departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance etc) in Searching for suitable candidates
  • Supervising all the operational work (job posting, tracking, scheduling)
  • Supporting recruitment events such as careers fairs and liaising with agencies
  • Supervising the local recruitment activities
  • Building a pipeline of candidates (key standard roles: consultants, analysts etc)
  • Supporting candidate management from interview to offer closing/contract generation


Requirement :

  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience in startup or agency
  • Experience in managing complex projects in a fast changing environment
  • The ability to multi task and work on various projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
  • Good command of the English language
  • Enthusiasm and an eye for detail
