The candidate's responsibilities include: 

  • Manage incoming calls and emails from clients and maintain excellent service level standards
  • Investigate operational issues and liaise closely with departments to resolve them
  • Identify operational service lapse and proactively engage clients to rectify the issues
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the appropriate time frame
  • Work with internal stakeholders to recognise and resolve daily operational issues

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma Holder
  • Able to use Microsoft Office
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment; manage enquiries and feedback with tact and professionalism
  • Be resourceful and resolve challenges arising from daily operations
  • Preferably with experience in a customer service or logistics frontline role
  • Willing to work on Saturdays
