Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Human Resources (HR) Manager shall be expected to deliver on various HR functions with minimal supervision

Key tasks include:

  • Lead all recruitment efforts of the company to support the expansion of the Operations team.
  • Provide direction to the HR Account Executives to fully support the HR needs of the Ninja Van hubs in various parts of the Philippines.
  • Ensure company is compliant to all government mandated labor laws, especially on compensation and benefits regulations.
  • Ensure compliance among office-based employees and delivery personnel to internal company policies and handle disciplinary cases, as necessary.

Other tasks include:

  • Support the Head of HR in culture building, performance and career management, policy development and compliance, and engagement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years progressive experience in Human Resources
  • At least 1 year supervisory role; Proven people management experience
  • Strong recruitment experience; Knowledgeable in modern recruitment platforms
  • At least 1 year experience in payroll and timekeeping and benefits administration
  • Above average knowledge in Labor Law
  • Experience in handling labor cases is an advantage
  • Experience in appearing before NLRC and DOLE is a plus
  • Above average communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High comfort level in using MS Excel, PPT or equivalent google programs (GSlides, GSheets)
  • Tech savvy; Experience in using online project management applications preferred
