About the Role : 

We are looking for an experienced finance professional who is up for a Senior Finance role in a growing start-up company.



  • Managing a team of 20 and reporting to Head of Finance and Accounting.
  • Able to manage full set of accounts (2 legal entities).
  • Planning & overseeing improvements to financial management systems including billing, payroll, A/P, AR and others.
  • Oversee and regulate AR collections, maintaining low DSO
  • Overseeing cash management ensuring adequacy of working capital and cash balances. Preparing weekly cash flow forecast and fund request to HQ for additional funding requirements
  • Control overall spend. Working closely with other departments to provide guidance on excessive or unreasonable spendings.
  • Managing relationships with client finance teams and professional service vendors such as Banks and Auditors.
  • Lead the annual audit process, review/prepare monthly VAT/WHT/CIT submission and handle local tax matters, ensuring timely submission to local authorities
  • Providing technical accounting leadership, interpreting existing and proposed accounting guidance and communicating its impact on our business and financial statements.
  • Ownership over management reporting. Provide financial analysis to management
  • Improve and implement internal controls
  • Weekly Cash Flow Forecasting and Annual Budgeting
  • Collaborate and engage in ops meeting, providing professional advice to the management and other departments
  • Work closely with Senior management on strategy settings and tracking deliverables
  • Perform any other ad hoc assignments by management and HQ


  • CPA/CA with minimum 8 years of accounting and 2 years of team management experience. Audit experience preferred
  • Experienced and familiar with IFRS and local tax regulations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking) a must.
  • Able to Multitask and work within short timelines
  • Experience in a high-growth, rapidly-changing culture. Must be able to work with a strong sense of urgency, both as an individual contributor and as a team leader.
  • Passion for problem-solving, improving and/or implementing processes
  • High level of proficiency with Excel and financial systems
  • Team Player with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal supervision.

  • Experience working with ERP system (e.g. Netsuite, SAP, Oracle)
