The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support Sales Associates. We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A enthusiastic, dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!



  • Conduct research to identify potential prospects
  • Contact leads for new business development, articulating Ninja Van’s value proposition and gathering data for formulation of proposals for Sales team
  • Conduct needs analysis and determine prospects’ pain points to determine how Ninja Van’s solutions will match to those needs
  • Follow up, qualify and nurture leads from multiple sources
  • Develop and grow Sales prospects lists to ensure a healthy pipeline to meet sales targets
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged, information is relevant and accurate
  • Manage database of prospects to aid sales in building sales pipeline



  • Bachelor’s Degree. Fresh Graduates welcome to apply
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
  • Experience with MS Dynamics or another Software a plus.
  • Able to handle ambiguity and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances in a fast paced environment.
