Job Description:

  • Focus on the team; put in place performance management systems that coach and support the team to achieve exceptional results.

  • Focus on continuous improvement; continually evolve and develop the practices in place to keep our people and our customers smiling.

  • Create an open communication to maintain a positive and productive work environment.



  • Bachelor degree in any fields

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in customer service or call center field, senior or supervisor level.

  • Good command in English

  • Fast learner and enthusiastic to learn new things


5 days per week with rotation; Mon-Fri, Tues-Sat, Sun-Thu.

Also, time table is a shift (flexible); 9.00-18.00, 10.00-19.00, 11.00-20.00
