Key Account Manager (Thailand)

Being part our Key Account Management team, you will provide a best-in-class customer experience to our clients in ensuring that all their concerns are addressed and we live up to our commitment of taking the hassle out of their parcel. Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple key clients and be the key liaison person between Ninja Van and clients in ensuring best-in-class service experience with us from delay management to claims and billing management
  • Take ownership in meeting clients to present performance, issues and action plans, providing confidence to clients that we are always putting efforts to ensure their customer is highly satisfied with our delivery experience
  • Collaborate actively with other teams to ensure client’s needs and expectations are managed well and identify pockets of opportunity to “wow” both clients and their customers
  • Support and coordinate initiatives or projects related to clients

Requirements:

  • Leading university with BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • 1 year of relationship management or operations experience
  • Excellent communication and be able to present both over the phone and in person
  • Possess persuasive skills and a track record of relationship management skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
